Two Bays Tech Coaches Lead Victoria Highlanders

Two members from Bays United technical team were recently confirmed in coaching roles with the Victoria Highlanders FC. This speaks to the high calibre of skill and expertise of our technical staff.

“We have some of the best coaches on our technical team,” said Eddie Mukahanana, Bays Technical Director. “Both Vik and Nico have the expertise, experience and professionalism that these competitive leagues are looking for. This is a natural progression for coaches with their talent.”

Nico Craveiro was announced as the Head Coach of the Victoria Highlanders FC Reserves team competing in the 2018 Pacific Coast Soccer League. Nico takes over the reins of the Highlanders reserve team for the summer. He will be joined by Assistant Coach Patrick Nelson.

Vikram Virk has been confirmed in the role of Assistant Coach of the Highlanders First Team, joining Head Coach Thomas Niendorf and Assistant Coach Sean Prizeman.

“Our program is not only about offering opportunities to players, but also offering opportunities to coaches,” stated VHFC Managing Director and Co-Owner Brett Large. “We couldn’t be happier with the team we have assembled to help us achieve our goals and develop our players throughout our organization, and we have assembled a top level technical staff with quality throughout.”

Congratulations to Nico and Vik. We are proud to have you on our technical team!
